Day Three: 21th December 2011
Today was Tarangire National Park which is home to an extraordinary amount of elephants with herds up to 300 in size. There are other animals, many giraffe, gazelle, zebra and baboons but we didn’t see any big cats. We did however see tracks of a lion by the roadside but this isn’t the dry season so the grass is quite high and this makes it difficult to spot the big cats.
Tomorrow we are off to Gibbs Farm for some of the best coffee I have ever tasted.
